What data and why
We process contact data you voluntarily provide via our contact form, by email or phone (name, email, phone, company, subject and content of your enquiry) to handle your request, and technical server logs for security. A technically necessary cookie (trp_language) stores your language choice; we use no analytics or advertising cookies.
Legal basis
Consent when contacting us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients & retention
We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. The site is hosted by our hosting provider (processor under Art. 28 GDPR). Data is kept only as long as necessary.
Applications
If you apply via our application form or by email, we process the data you submit (name, contact details, cover letter, CV, references and other documents) solely to carry out the recruitment process. The legal basis is the initiation of an employment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your documents are treated confidentially, not passed on to third parties and, in the event of a rejection, deleted no later than six months after the process ends, unless you have agreed to longer storage. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
