How does working with icoso consulting S.L. get started?
It begins with a no-obligation initial conversation in which we understand your needs and goals. This is followed by a brief analysis, a concrete proposal and – once engaged – a joint project start with clear responsibilities.
Which contract and billing models do you offer?
Depending on the project, we work on a fixed price for clearly defined scope or on a time-and-materials basis. For longer-term support, fixed monthly retainers are also possible.
How do you ensure confidentiality and data protection?
Confidentiality is our top priority. On request we work under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and never name clients publicly – our references are shown anonymised by industry only.
Do you work remotely, hybrid or on site?
Both. We work remotely, hybrid or on the client's premises – depending on the project, in Germany, Spain and internationally.
How quickly can you start a project?
Usually at short notice. Through our partner network of more than 250 consultants, managers and specialists we provide capacity flexibly and fast.
How do you scale on large programmes?
As an owner-led consultancy we manage the engagement personally and scale via our international partner network – our owner has led programmes with several hundred project members.
