- Managed service: Recurring tasks such as regression testing or release acceptance delivered as a defined service with agreed outcomes.
- Expert reinforcement: Individual specialists strengthen your team — on site or remote, available at short notice through our network of more than 250 experts.
- Coaching & review: Your team stays at the wheel; we bring method, experience and an independent outside view.

Delivery model
icoso consulting S.L. runs engagements from Santander, Spain, and is as much at home in the German-speaking countries as on the Iberian Peninsula: we work remote, on site or hybrid — on Central European Time and in German, English or Spanish. Through our international partner network we scale teams as needed, without you having to manage multiple contractors.
